How about you hire me instead?

I had an interesting e-mail in my inbox yesterday. Someone was asking me a question about JavaScript and the HTML "meta" element after reading one of my web pages on the latter subject. I won't go into the details of the question, other than to say that it was fairly dumb question that seemed to assume meta elements have a lot more power than they do. What was really annoying about the message was the postal address in the sender's signature:

Deloitte Consulting Offshore Technology Group,
201-206 Fairmont, Hiranandani Business Park,
High Street, Powai
Mumbai - 400076
Maharashtra, India.

According to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's website, "Deloitte Consulting" is their U.S. subsidiary. So let me get this straight: They're hiring people in India who don't know what meta tags do, but I can't even get employed fixing printers? Jeez. The computer industry is just screwed up beyond all comprehension, isn't it?
