That's it. I'm never going to answer the phone again.

I got a call from my bank this afternoon. They were conducting a customer satisfaction survey. It was one question long. The guy asked "How satisfied are you with your Charter One account?", I said "Completely satisified", and that was it.

Whoever that guy was, he's got the easiest job in the world. And I'm an unemployed guy with a college degree who couldn't get a job as a telemarketer because I didn't have any experience. I'm not sure how to process this information.
